Iran claims shooting down Israeli orbiter drone

Iran has claimed to have shot down an Israeli 'Orbiter' drone in its southeastern province, according to reports from the news agency Tasnim. A statement attributed to the public relations wing of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) specified that the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was destroyed in the village of Mishi, located in Sirik. The Orbiter is described as a small tactical unmanned aerial system typically employed for surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
