Resistance forces: Taliban spreading lies about Panjshir

The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRFA) has accused the Taliban of spreading lies about conquering parts of Panjshir valley. Afghan opposition leader Ahmad Massoud said there could be peace talks if the Taliban withdrew their fighters from Panjshir.
