Before joining MO, Labanya worked with the Times of India, Brut India, Outlook Traveller, and CNN International, where she developed and produced news and feature stories and videos that reached millions across digital platforms.

A JN Tata Scholar, Labanya holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Media Studies from Symbiosis Centre for Media and Communication.
