Yezdi has expanded its scrambler portfolio in India with the launch of the new Scrambler 350, priced from Rs 1.99 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom). Positioned as a lightweight, accessible scrambler, the motorcycle aims to cater to riders seeking a blend of urban usability and light off-road capability.

At the heart of the new Yezdi Scrambler is a 350cc liquid-cooled engine, dubbed ‘Katar’, which produces 30bhp and 30Nm of torque. As per the company, the motorcycle is built around a strong torque-to-weight ratio, enabling quick acceleration and responsive performance, especially in low- and mid-range riding conditions.

Weighing 174kg, Yezdi claims it to be India’s lightest scrambler in its class. The bike features a mass-centralised design, short wheelbase, and tuned gearing, all of which contribute to agile handling and sharp throttle response. Scrambler-specific elements such as spoked wheels, semi-knobby tyres, and an upright stance further enhance its dual-purpose capability.

The design follows a factory-custom aesthetic, with elements like a raised front beak, tight rear fender, oval side panels, and ‘69’ graphics—a nod to the brand’s heritage. Thermal management has also been prioritised, with a horizontally oriented radiator and centrally routed exhaust designed to improve rider comfort.

Yezdi has optimised the Scrambler 350 with what it calls a ‘30-30-30’ formula—30bhp, 30Nm, and 30kmpl fuel efficiency, aimed at balancing performance and practicality for Indian conditions.

The motorcycle is available in four colour options: Legacy Black (Rs 1,99,950), OG Yellow (Rs 2,05,950), Rogue Red (Rs 2,05,950), and Rally Blue (Rs 2,08,950), all prices ex-showroom.

Both the Yezdi Scrambler 350 and BSA Scrambler 650 come with Classic Legends’ Ownership Assurance Programme, offering a standard 4-year/50,000 km warranty, extendable to 6 years, along with roadside assistance and optional AMC packages.
