The situation escalated when she tried to note the vehicle's registration number. In a social media post detailing the incident, she wrote, "we choose Uber expecting safety and reliability, but incidents like this continue to happen." She also pointed out that the number plate on the auto did not match the one displayed on the Uber app. The video of her confronting the driver has prompted a response from both the Bengaluru Police and Uber, who have requested more details to investigate the matter.
