Investigators say the first alleged NEET guess paper reached Sikar-based counsellor Rakesh Kumar Mandvaria's mobile phone through an MBBS student linked to Kerala and Churu.

Rakesh Kumar Mandvaria, a medical admission counsellor based in Sikar, has come under the spotlight during the investigation into the alleged NEET guess paper case. According to investigators, the first “guess paper” containing NEET exam questions was reportedly received on his mobile phone through an MBBS student originally from Churu and studying in Kerala.
Officials are currently examining the source and circulation of the material as part of the wider probe into the alleged NEET paper leak and related activities connected to medical admissions.
WHO IS RAKESH KUMAR MANDVARIA?
Rakesh Kumar Mandvaria is a resident of Samarthpura village in Khandela tehsil of Sikar district. He is the son of late Sundaram and is the youngest among six siblings, including five brothers and one sister.
According to information shared by villagers and family members, one of his brothers works as a teacher, while the brother’s wife is the sarpanch of Nayanpur Gram Panchayat. Another brother works as an operator, while one is employed as a beldar. His sister is married, and the family is also said to have a relative working as a doctor.
His mother’s name is Kamla Devi.

LEFT VILLAGE AFTER CLASS 10
Villagers said Rakesh has been living away from his native village for nearly 15 years. According to local residents, he left the village after completing Class 10.
Reports suggest he had started studying BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), although it is still unclear whether he completed the course or left it midway.

RUNS CONSULTANCY OFFICE IN SIKAR
For the last four to five years, Rakesh has reportedly been operating a consultancy office on Piprali Road in Sikar, opposite a coaching institute. The office is believed to be involved in counselling and admissions related to MBBS and other medical courses.
Investigators are continuing to examine his possible connection to the alleged NEET guess paper circulation. Officials have not yet released detailed findings regarding his exact role in the case.
