Two farmers' daughters from Sitapur top UP Board Class 10 and 12 results, stun state
The UP Board Result 2026 saw an inspiring moment as two girls from rural Sitapur topped Uttar Pradesh Class 10 and Class 12 exams. Kashish Verma and Shikha Verma, both from the same school and farming families, emerged as state toppers in a proud moment for Uttar Pradesh.

Two girls from Sitapur have topped the UP Board examinations this year. Kashish Verma secured the top rank in the High School exam (UP 10th result 2026) with 97.83 per cent marks, while Shikha Verma topped the Intermediate exam (UP 12th result 2026) with 97.60 per cent marks.
SAME SCHOOL, SAME ROOTS, BIG DREAMS
What makes this achievement even bigger is where they come from. Both students studied at Baburam Savitri Devi School in Bilauli Bazar, Mahmudabad. Both belong to a completely rural background, and both have fathers who work as farmers.
From one village school to the top of Uttar Pradesh, their success is already inspiring students far beyond Sitapur.

The UP Board Class 10 result recorded an overall pass percentage of 90.11 per cent this year, while the UP Board Class 12 result saw an overall pass percentage of 81.15 per cent.
