Dua Lipa, Callum Turner take wedding joy to Sicily's streets after London ceremony

Dua Lipa and Callum Turner may have quietly said "I do" in London on May 31, but the wedding celebrations are anything but low-key. The couple are set for a three-day Sicilian extravaganza to celebrate their union.

Days after getting married at Old Marylebone Town Hall, in London the singer and the actor have officially kicked off their Italian wedding festivities in Palermo, Sicily. If the London ceremony was the private chapter, the Sicily weekend appears to be the glossy sequel, complete with designer fashion, A-list guests and enough picturesque backdrops to keep social media busy for weeks.

Who showed up for the wedding weekend?

The couple welcomed friends and family at a pre-wedding party on Friday, June 5. Dua arrived in a backless ivory Bottega Veneta gown featuring the label's signature woven detailing and a feather-trimmed skirt, while Turner opted for an ivory shirt and a relaxed Jacquemus linen suit. Together, they looked every bit the couple who understood the assignment.

How did Dua Lipa and Callum Turner get here?

The road to Sicily has been closely watched.

The pair first sparked dating rumours in January 2024 after they were reportedly seen looking cosy following the Golden Globes. Soon after, photographs of them kissing at the Masters of the Air premiere surfaced online, sending celebrity-watchers into full detective mode.

Although neither seemed particularly interested in hiding the relationship, they also didn't rush to put it on display. Dua eventually made things Instagram official in May 2024 with a photograph showing the couple embracing. By Christmas, engagement rumours were everywhere after fans noticed what appeared to be a ring in one of her holiday posts.
