In a recent social media post, the doctor explained that these everyday experiences are often linked to natural digestive processes and healthy gut activity. Understanding these signs can help reduce unnecessary worry and promote better awareness of how the body works.

1. PASSING GAS REGULARLY

Passing gas is often seen as embarrassing, but it is a normal and healthy part of digestion. Gas is produced when gut bacteria break down food, especially fibre-rich foods. Regular gas indicates that your gut microbiome is active and functioning properly.
