Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has appointed Saurabh Bharadwaj as the new convenor of the party's Delhi unit, while former Delhi Deputy Chief Manish Sisodia has been appointed as Punjab incharge.
This after Aam Aadmi Party's Political Affairs Committee met to discuss organisational expansion and appointments. New state presidents and vice presidents were approved for Gujarat, Goa, Punjab, Delhi, and Jammu & Kashmir. The party also criticised the BJP and Prime Minister for unfulfilled promises made during Delhi elections, including financial aid for women and free gas cylinders.
