A trailer truck was swept away by floodwaters while attempting to cross a bridge in Bhubaneswar. The incident occurred near the Jantal Bund area under the Badgaon block. Dramatic visuals show the heavy vehicle being carried away by the powerful current. Of the two occupants, the helper, identified as Avinash, was rescued by locals who were at the scene. However, the driver, identified as Sujit, went missing in the mishap. Police and fire brigade personnel have initiated a search operation, and teams have been deployed to trace the missing driver. Efforts are ongoing to locate him after he was swept away by the floodwaters.
