Extortion For Bihar Polls? BJP's Bombshell Charge Against Siddaramaiah Govt

A political firestorm has erupted in Karnataka with the BJP, led by MP B.Y. Raghavendra, accusing Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's ministers of extorting money from government officials to fund the upcoming Bihar elections. In response, Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar said, 'There are some leaders who do hit and run, let Raghavendra too not become the same'. The BJP alleges that specific targets have been set for each minister to collect funds, turning Karnataka into an 'ATM' for the Congress party's national ambitions. The Congress has vehemently denied the allegations, with CM Siddaramaiah stating 'not even 5 paise' has been sent, and challenged the BJP to provide evidence or face accusations of lying.
