Forensic report clarifies no rape with victim: UP ADG on Hathras case

Uttar Pradesh ADG law and order Prashant Kumar said that forensic report has clarified that no rape was done with the victim. He added that even no sperm was found in victim's body.

He further said that there is a conspiracy to create tension and action will be taken against those trying to spread misinformation.

The 19-year-old Dalit woman from Uttar Pradesh's Hathras died at Safdarjung hospital in Delhi on Tuesday morning, days after she was allegedly raped by four upper-caste men.

The incident took place on September 14 and she was referred on Monday to the Safdurjung Hospital in Delhi in an extremely critical condition with spinal injuries, paralysis and cuts in her tongue.
