Hoax callers to be put on no-fly list: Aviation Minister on bomb threats

Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu on Monday said that making hoax bomb threat calls to airlines will soon be categorised as a cognisable offence. He also said that the perpetrators will be put on the no-fly list.

The move comes in response to multiple bomb threat calls received by airlines in the last week, which have significantly disrupted flight operations across the country. 

The new measure aims to curb such incidents and ensure the smooth functioning of aviation services.
