Maharashtra: Blame game between Shiv Sena, BJP over Covid spike

The Shiv Sena on Saturday hit out at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), blaming the saffron party for the rising coronavirus cases in Maharashtra.

In its editorial piece 'Saamana', Shiv Sena pointed out that “political gatherings, protests and festivals are the reasons behind the rise in Covid-19 cases."

BJP's Ram Kadam has hit back at the allegations saying that Shiv Sena takes credit when Covid cases go down but blames BJP when they spike.

Video: Vijay takes oath as Tamil Nadu CM amid loud cheers and chants

TVK leader C Joseph Vijay on Sunday took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu amid a sea of supporters, his friends and family, and several political leaders.
