RJD chief Lalu Yadav slams BJP over Gandhi bhajan row in Patna

A controversy erupted at an Atal Jayanti event in Patna when BJP members objected to a folk singer's rendition of a Gandhi bhajan. The audience protested the line 'Ishwar Allah Tero Naam', leading to interruptions. RJD chief Lalu Yadav criticised the BJP, accusing them of insulting women and Sita Mata. The event, organised by former Union minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey's Atal Vichar Parishad, saw the singer apologise and chant 'Jai Shri Ram' instead.
