UK link in Khan Market oxygen concentrator racket; charges against Navneet Kalra

Delhi police on Friday arrested Gaurav Khanna, CEO of Matrix Cellular (International) Services Limited. The 47-year-old Gaurav Khanna is a resident of Gurugram. The oxygen concentrators were imported to India under the name of Matrix Cellular company. The owner of the company, Gagan Duggal, is alleged to be partners with Navneet Kalra. While Gagan Duggal lives in London, the Delhi police recovered over 500 oxygen concentrators from Duggal’s Khullar farm at Mandi village.
