Dhurandhar 2 box office Day 27: Bigger 4th Tuesday than Monday for Ranveer's film

Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues its impressive run in the fourth week, showing surprising traction at the box office. After collecting Rs 5.20 crore nett in India on its fourth Monday, the film witnessed a notable jump on Tuesday, earning Rs 7.05 crore - an excellent single-day figure for a film in its fourth week.
As reported by Sacnilk, the film's domestic total now stands at Rs 1,095.67 crore nett after 27 days. This is a strong sign for the Aditya Dhar directorial, which has so far enjoyed an unchallenged run at the ticket window. However, it is set to face competition from Bhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar, releasing in theatres on Thursday.

It is crucial for the Ranveer Singh starrer to maintain this momentum over the coming weekend if it is to surpass the lifetime worldwide business of Pushpa 2: The Rule, which earned Rs 1,742.10 crore. Dhurandhar 2 now needs nearly Rs 15 crore to overtake the Allu Arjun blockbuster and emerge as the third highest-grossing Indian film of all time globally - behind Dangal (Rs 2,070 crore) and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (Rs 1,810.60 crore).
Written, directed and produced by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar: The Revenge also stars Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi, Danish Pandor, and Sara Arjun in key roles. The film hit theatres on March 19.
