Salman Khan begins director Vamshi's film with his signature swag, Nayanthara joins

Salman Khan's upcoming project with Telugu director Vamshi Paidipally has officially commenced with a pooja ceremony held in Mumbai on April 22. The film, tentatively titled SVC63, marks the first collaboration between the actor and the director, creating significant excitement since its announcement.
The makers shared a glimpse from the launch on X, capturing the ceremonial start of the project. The video featured Salman Khan arriving at the event with his popular dialogue, “Swagath nahi karoge hamara,” playing in the background, further adding to the anticipation surrounding the film.
Lady Superstar Nayanthara, who is teaming up with Salman for the first time, could also be seen in the video. Wearing a casual black co-ord set, the actor made a stylish entry on the sets of the film.
Vamshi Paidipally is known for directing popular films across industries, with notable works like Munna, Brindavanam, Yevadu, Maharshi, and Varisu. He has collaborated with leading actors such as Prabhas, Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu, and Vijay, earning a reputation for combining emotional storytelling with commercial appeal.
Backed by producer Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations, the yet-to-be-titled film is positioned as a high-intensity action drama.
With its scale and star cast, the project is already considered one of the most anticipated collaborations in Indian cinema. It is expected to release in theatres in 2027.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is also gearing up for the release of Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace (previously titled Battle of Galwan), directed by Apoorva Lakhia. Based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between India and China, the film features Chitrangada Singh alongside him.
