Ranbir Kapoor is grateful to Sharmaji Namkeen makers for completing his father's last work

In an exclusive chat with indiatoday.tech, Ranbir Kapoor revealed that his father wanted Sharmaji Namkeen to be completed. He said, "It all begins with going through that journey with my father with his ailment and what transpired at that time and how passionate he was about this film. And how guilty he was, even though he was suffering in New York. During his treatment he told me 'Yaar yeh film complete ho jaye'. Because he always had empathy towards a producer. And I have so much of respect for Ritesh (Sidhwani). Even after what happened, he went to present to the world his last film. He didn't lose hope. I am very grateful that he completed my father's last work."
