Mumbai drug bust case: WhatsApp chats enough to implicate Aryan Khan?

Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan will spend at least 5 more days in Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail as the Sessions Court has reserved its order on his bail plea till Oct 20.

Opposing Aryan Khan's bail plea, the NCB alleged that he is linked to illicit drug trafficking and that there are WhatsApp chats of the star kid with foreign peddlers about getting drugs in bulk. Since his arrest, the NCB has maintained that though nothing was recovered from him personally, Aryan's WhatsApp chats revealed his links with drug peddlers.

Appearing for the NCB, Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh contended that drugs were seized from Arbaaz Merchant at the docks, and they were meant for consumption by both Aryan and him.

So, are WhatsApp chats enough to implicate Aryan Khan? Is Aryan Khan being made a scapegoat? And will he get bail on October 20th?
