Khalistani terrorist Laddi claims responsibility for attack on Kap's cafe

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has released the first images of Ladi, a pro-Khalistani terrorist linked to the recent shooting at Caps Cafe in Surrey, Canada. A reward of ₹10 lakh has been announced for information leading to his arrest. Ladi, reportedly based in Germany, is associated with Babbar Khalsa International and is accused of plotting the murder of a BHP leader in Punjab and coordinating targeted killings from abroad. The Caps Cafe attack left at least 12 bullet marks at the scene, raising concerns over transnational terrorism.
