At the State of the State Conclave 2019 (Goa) organised by India Today Group on Saturday, panelists--Varun Sahni, Vice-Chancellor, Goa University, Radhika S. Nayak, Economist and Ashish Kulkarni, Chairman of FICCI for Animation, Visual effects, Gaming and Comics-- discuss Goa's future in the entertainment sector and education.
On Goa being the attraction for movie production, Varun Sahni said, "In an era of new media, a lot of production is happening on much smaller scale than the massive studious and industrial form of film productions." In such a case, a place like Goa can do very well, he said.
