A woman from Mumbai shared how a delivery agent stood guard outside her home after she accidentally left her front door wide open, turning what could have been a worrying situation into a moment of unexpected kindness.

Divya Unny, an Instagram user, posted the now-viral video recounting the incident. In the clip, she began by explaining how she had stepped out of her house but mistakenly left the main door open. It was only when a delivery agent arrived with her parcel that the situation came to light.

According to her, the delivery man called her to inform her that the front door was open and assured her that he would leave the package safely inside. Rather than simply dropping off the parcel and leaving, he chose to stay behind and keep an eye on the house until she returned.

The video then transitioned to Divya walking back to her home, where the front door could be seen fully open. Standing just outside was the delivery agent, who had waited there to ensure nothing went wrong in her absence. She panned the camera towards him, where he introduces himself as Amjad.

Divya thanked him for his honesty and for making the effort to guard her home until she arrived.
