Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today addressed the nation on the second tranche of the economic stimulus package. She announced a host of schemes for migrant workers, street vendors, small traders, self-employed people and small farmers.

Some of the major announcements were free foodgrains for an estimated 8 crore migrant workers for next two months, 'One Nation One Ration Card', Emergency fund for farmers and others.
