Kumaraswamy shows victory sign after Congress offers him Karnataka CM's post

Janata Dal-Secular (JD-S) leader HD Kumaraswamy waved to party workers from his balcony after it became clear that he will likely to be the Karnataka Chief Minister.

HD Kumaraswamy has asked for an appointment with the Governor between 5:30 and 6pm today.
