While the polling in 234 Assembly seats in Tamil Nadu began at 7 am on Tuesday, the AIADMK filed a complaint against DMK candidate Udhayanidhi Stalin to Election Commission for violating Model Code Of Conduct (MCC). The ruling AIADMK accused Udhayanidhi Stalin of sporting his party's logo at the poll booth.
Earlier in the day, the DMK had approached the EC against BJP candidate Khushboo Sundar accusing her of violating the MCC after she allegedly visited a polling booth with her party flag hoisted on her car.
