Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami loses from Khatima

In a big upset in Uttarakhand, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has lost the election from the Khatima assembly constituency to Congress candidate Bhuwan Chandra Kapri.

However, the ruling BJP is all set to secure a second consecutive term in office in Uttarakhand as it is leading in 48 out of the total 70 seats, according to latest trends.
