Bihar CM tears into Centre's ordinance row after Kejriwal's meeting, says 'time to stop BJP'

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met with his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday. He declared his support for the Delhi government amid the ongoing issue of the Centre rolling down an ordinance to give control of services back to the Delhi Lieutenant Governor and Delhi CM. 

Nitish Kumar said that the ordinance was "against the Constitution". Kejriwal also spoke to the media after meeting the Bihar CM.
