The first batch of Amarnath pilgrims has reached the cave amid high security.
The safety of pilgrims has been assured by the Jammu and Kashmir government. 40,000 troops from the Army, CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police have been deployed to ensure safe pilgrimage. Drones and Satellites will also be used for live monitoring.
The Amarnath yatra commenced on July 1 and will continue for one and a half month.
