Full speech: Amit Shah has the last word on Article 370 debate

Home Minister Amit Shah said in Lok Sabha that India will continue to claim the territories of Jammu and Kashmir under the occupation of Pakistan and ruled out any talks with Hurriyat Conference.

"Why should we speak to Hurriyat? Should we speak to those who take inspiration from Pakistan? We are not ready to speak to Hurriyat leaders who take inspiration from Pakistan. We are ready to speak and address the concern of Kashmiri people. Entire nation ready to embrace this," Amit Shah said.

"This (Scrapping Article 370) is not a historical blunder but we are rectifying the historical blunder," Amit Shah said dismissing the opposition charges that the government was committing a mistake.
