INDIA bloc's third meeting in Mumbai today, seat-sharing, new logo on cards

Opposition bloc INDIA will on Thursday convene its third meeting in Mumbai to strategise against the ruling BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). At the two-day conclave beginning today, the leaders of the bloc would chalk out the plan for the next General Elections and its seat-sharing formula. The Opposition bloc is also likely to unveil its logo during the meeting.

As many as 63 representatives from 28 political parties are attending the meeting of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) on Thursday and Friday at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Mumbai.

This came after the AAP chief spokesperson, on Wednesday, pitched for Arvind Kejriwal as the prime ministerial candidate for the opposition INDIA bloc. Soon after, Atishi clarified that the remark was the party leader's "personal opinion".
