Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has accused the Union government of bias for denying Metro Rail projects to the cities of Madurai and Coimbatore, a move that comes just before a visit by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. According to the Chief Minister, 'The Union BGP government is treating Tamil Nadu's democratic choice as a reason to take revenge'.
