Odisha train crash caused by 'change in electronic interlocking', says rail minister Ashwini Vaishnaw

Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, after visiting the accident site in Odisha's Balasore where a triple train collision happened, said on Sunday that the root cause of the accident has been identified. "We have identified the cause of the incident and the people responsible for it... It happened due to a change in electronic interlocking," said the minister.
