Patanjali cure row: Took all clearances, did not violate any rule, says Yoga guru Ramdev

Ayurvedic products giant Patanjali on Tuesday launched a new drug, Coronil which, the company claimed, is an evidence-based medicine for treatment of Covid-19, a pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus. While Yoga guru Ramdev claims that the medicine has a 100% success rate, the Ayush Ministry has asked Patanjali to stop all promotions of its claimed Covid-19 cure till the research has been verified.
