PM Modi awarded highest civilian honour Zayed Medal by UAE

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has accorded Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the Zayed Medal, the highest civilian award granted by its government.

PM Modi received the honour in appreciation of his efforts in maintaining strategic ties with the UAE.

UAE president Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has conferred on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Zayed Medal, the highest decoration awarded to kings, presidents and heads of states, a release said.
