PM Modi greets people at Victoria Memorial in Kolkata

PM Modi on Sunday greeted people at the Victoria Memorial in Kolkata, West Bengal.
PM Modi released memorial postal stamp on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Netaji. He was accompanied by CM Mamata Banerjee and Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar here. "The country has decided that from now we will celebrate Netaji's birth anniversary (January 23) as Parakram Divas," he said.
