Probe agency NIA to confiscate Indian properties of 19 Khalistani terrorists

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has made a list of Khalistani terrorists based in foreign nations, including Britain, the US, Canada, UAE, and Pakistan among others, against whom major action is expected.

The probe agency has decided to confiscate the properties of 19 Khalistani terrorists under section 33 (5) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), sources in the agency said.

Earlier, on Saturday, the NIA also confiscated two properties of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, the US-based Khalistani terrorist and chief of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ).
