A major controversy has erupted at the Tata Consultancy Services campus in Nashik following severe allegations of sexual harassment and forced religious conversion. According to the investigation, multiple employees, including an absconding human resources executive, are accused of targeting new recruits. The accused allegedly made offensive remarks about Hindu deities, initiated inappropriate physical contact, and pressured both male and female employees to adopt Islamic practices. The police uncovered the racket by deploying women constables undercover to gather digital and on-ground evidence. Currently, nine police cases have been registered based on complaints from twelve individuals, with charges including rape and outraging religious feelings. The anti-terror squad is also examining the potential involvement of a foreign handler based in Malaysia. Tata Consultancy Services has suspended the accused employees and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation. Authorities are conducting forensic analysis on deleted data from the phones of the accused as the probe widens.
