Uttarakhand glacier disaster: Marine commandos, divers' team arrive at Tapovan 

The Indian Navy's Marine commandos and a team of divers have arrived at Tapovan to join the rescue operation inside the tunnel. Specialised equipment will be used to rescue people stranded inside the tunnel.

Meanwhile, there are reports that the water level inside the tunnel is rising.
