Watch: Calcutta HC verdict on Bengal post-poll violence

While the BJP has welcomed the order of Calcutta HC to hand over the post-poll violence case to CBI, TMC leader Saugata Roy said he was happy with the verdict.

“The state government will judge the situation and take a decision to appeal to a higher court if necessary,” TMC’s Saugata Roy said.
