We feel scared, urged to return home: Punjab tourist on Pahalgam terror attack

A tourist from Punjab said that he came to visit Pahalgam in J&K, "I got to know that an attack has happened here. There is an atmosphere of fear, and family members urged me to come back home. He further said, "When we were going back, the locals told us to stay, the situation is fine." A terrorist attack in Pahalgam’s Baisaran meadows, located in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district, left one person dead and several injured on Tuesday afternoon. Security forces arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area, officials said.
