Medical staff attacked in Moradabad: Who will stop these corona-rioters?

Lockdown's most horrifying attacks on medical staff happened today when a team of doctors and medical staff and even police personnel were attacked by a mob in Moradabad's Nawabganj area when they went to bring some suspected coronavirus patients from the area.

All these after PM Modi's repeated appeal to honour and respect corona warriors. So, the question is who will stop these corona-rioters?
