Coronavirus: Spike in Covid-19 cases in Delhi; UK PM Boris Johnson in damage control mode

Delhi reported over 90 Covid-19 positive cases in the last 24 hours out of which 77 were Jamaat event attendees.

Meanwhile, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that he will have to stay in extended self-isolation as he gave an update on his health via social media on Friday. Also, the UK’s coronavirus death toll rose 24 per cent to 2,921 as of April 1.
