Bengaluru hit by flooding after heavy rain: Who will reboot India's IT city?

Heavy rain battered parts of Karnataka's capital Bengaluru, causing flooding and traffic jams in several parts of the city. Meanwhile, drinking water supply will also be hit in large parts of the city for the next two days.

Several areas on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) that houses some of the IT companies, were also affected by the rains and flooding.

So, as rain exposes Bengaluru's infrastructure, the big question is, who will reboot India's IT city? Watch as panelists debate.
