Lockdown 4.0 from May 18; Maharashtra allows home delivery of liquor; more

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that "lockdown-4" will have completely different contours and rules.

Licensed shops will be allowed to deliver Indian-made foreign liquor, mild liquor, beer and wine in Maharashtra.
