PMC Bank crisis: How to prevent such scams?

In another setback to PMC Bank account holders, the Supreme Court on Friday refused to entertain a petition which sought direction to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) against putting a restriction on withdrawal of money.

Meanwhile, today third person died because of PMC Bank crisis. Muralidhar Dhara died of a heart attack in Mumbai after his son could not withdraw money from his bank account for his heart surgery.
