While earlier in the day, when Siddaramaiah informed his cabinet colleagues about his decision to step down, during a breakfast hosted at his residence, the bonhomie between him and D K Shivakumar was on full display. Both leaders smiled, hugged and CM hopeful Shivakumar touched the feet of Siddaramaiah and took his blessings.
