Nuclear weapons: Putin's last resort to win?

The ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine is in its second month. Russia has announced that they will use nuclear weapons under certain circumstances only.

A Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told PBS in an interview that Russia would resort to nuclear weapons only in the case of a 'threat to the existence' of the country.
