Trump says Iran operations likely to last 4 to 5 weeks

The United States military continues to carry out large-scale combat operations in Iran to eliminate threats posed by the Iranian regime, the US President announced during a White House ceremony. Following the obliteration of Iran's nuclear program in Operation Midnight Hammer, the President stated that Iran ignored warnings not to rebuild at a different location. The President outlined clear objectives including destroying Iran's missile capabilities, annihilating their navy with 10 ships already sunk, and ensuring Iran can never obtain a nuclear weapon. Four American service members have been killed in action during these operations. The President stated the mission was projected to take four to five weeks but emphasized the military has capability to go far longer if needed. The President also mentioned terminating the Iran nuclear deal and the killing of General Soleimani during a previous term in office.
